From our humble beginnings in 2005 OnSpec Solutions has grown from one desk in a shared office space to a global workforce consulting services provider offering a range of solutions from recruitment process services, back office financial support and book-keeping services, lead generation services, business development and appointment setting services, virtual assistant services, and of course, customized end to end recruitment and selection services. We have built loyal clients in Asia, Middle East, Europe, the UK, and North America and currently have Physical operations in 3 different countries.
We are very passionate about what we do and completely understand that the hard work and dedication needed for development and growth is not yet over. By 2016 OnSpec Solutions Inc. has grown to include offices in a total of 5 different countries giving us exposure to clients across the world. Our goal is to be physically present in all major continental markets helping us develop enough local market experience and exposure to build a client base that consists from companies from all four corners of the globe. By achieving this goal, we will be able to give our clients local support and service while at the same time increasing their global footprint. Further down the line, OnSpec’s management team, found that OnSpec could create full service, affordable, customized recruitment solutions for our clients by utilizing our team of researchers to source passive candidates in the market for our in-house recruiters, essentially, outsourcing the research to ourselves. It is through this process that we are able to pass on those huge savings on to the client directly.
